Subscriptions
WakeUpBroo does not issue refunds directly. Billing, trials, cancellations, and refund requests are handled only by Apple through your App Store account.

Quick fixes
- Keep wakeupbroo.com/code bookmarked on the device you plan to use in the morning.
- If scan fails, enter the rotating numeric code manually in the app.
- Enable camera access only when you need QR scanning. The app does not store or upload camera frames.
- If an alarm does not break through Focus, re-check iOS notification and time-sensitive notification permissions.
Before you email
Most WakeUpBroo issues come from one of three places: iOS permissions, the code page being on the wrong device, or a subscription state that needs to refresh from Apple. If the alarm is not behaving as expected, confirm notifications, time-sensitive notifications, and camera access are enabled, then open the code page on a second screen before your next test alarm.
For billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds, Apple is the only place to act because WakeUpBroo Pro is managed through the App Store. We do not issue refunds ourselves and cannot cancel a subscription for you — cancel from Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can still email us if something looks wrong in the app, but include whether Apple shows the subscription as active, expired, cancelled, or in a free trial. Screenshots are helpful when they do not include private payment details.
