Data Deletion

Short version

Most of your WakeUpBroo data isn't held by us in the first place. Your alarms and settings live on your phone. Your active subscription, if any, lives with the Apple App Store. The only off-device data we hold is an anonymous subscription record at our payments provider, RevenueCat. To delete it, email us. Details below.

What data exists, and where

If you have only ever used the free tier of WakeUpBroo (no subscription), we hold no data about you at all. Uninstalling the app is enough.

How to request deletion

If you have subscribed to WakeUpBroo Pro and want your RevenueCat record deleted, email us at apps.by.shyam@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We don't need any account details — mention the Apple ID email you used to subscribe and we'll handle it.

Timeline

We'll respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Most requests are processed within a few days because RevenueCat exposes a direct deletion endpoint and there's no manual review on our end — we just verify your email matches the subscription on file.
